When I used Black Ice, I was looking for a stress, insomnia and mood stabilization combination. I found there was a balancing act to gain “mood stabilization” with this strain. Yes my mood improved an if I went to bed I slept sound and woke joyful. However, if I did not go to sleep with in about two hours, things started going down hill quickly. While I am not a stranger to panic attacks, I started having panic attacks about 2 hour 45 minute mark.

Flo Og’s flavor lingers in users mouth as it’s effects wash over you. This strain is great for stress an mental health but is not effective in treating inflammation or just physical pain alone. Flo Og will take the edge off of a migraine but falls short when it comes to full physical pain relief.
Sun King OG from Revolution Cannabis and Delta strain review
Sun King Og is an Indica dominate strain from Delta. Containing 20.8 % THC and .035% CBD.
Sun King has small yet potent buds. The flower is easy to grind and breaks down with ease for those wanting to make potent edibles, yet lacking an electric grinder. Sun King Og has scents of pine and earth, with hints of citrus.
Sun King Og is best at treating anxiety, stress, muscle pain, an insomnia. When I did not combine caffeine with Sun King Og post medicating I had zero motivation. If I allowed myself to become still I quickly dozed off. Thus I opted to use Sun King Og as a pre-bedtime medication. I became so thoroughly relaxed mentally and physically I fell asleep in my recliner and slept 9 hours. I found my inflammation was not as severe the following morning and I was well rested.
Sun King Og is a wonderful strain to use to combate insomnia and night time anxiety. Sun King Og will make sure you are ready to greet the day by getting restful sleep.
Blueberry marijuana is almost historical strain so I was excited to see it available in Arkansas from Delta Cultivations. Blueberry is generally an Indica strain, but Delta Cultivations has labeled their product a Hybrid. Blueberry has 21.9% THC and .033% CBD. Blueberry best treats physical pain, headaches, stress, nausea, depression.
Delta provides terpenes profiles on their packaging. While it was common at recreational dispensaries I visited in Illinois, I have not seen any other cultivators provide this information on packaging in Arkansas.
The most prominate scent was lemon followed by a mixture of sweet and sour. Smelling the buds of Blueberry actually reminds me of tasting a pixie stick and causes the same physical reaction in my mouth as eating a pixie stick. Luckily salvation production was did not stop once medicating. Blueberry did not cause cotton mouth or the dreaded cotton crotch.
Blueberry marijuana makes a good addition to nighttime routine for patients seeking relief from physical and emotional stress. While Blueberry does not completely cause couchlock, this strain is potent. If you are needing to medicate in the morning or mid-day I would add a caffeinated beverage or food after 30 minutes of medicating to fight off sluggish feelings. This is not a strain I would use if needing to drive with in 3-5 hours until you see the strains effects.

ClusterBomb by Osage Creek Cultivations is a must for Seasoned Smokers
Cluster Bomb has an interesting flavor. My taste buds tingle when medicating with the strain. Cluster Bomb’s prominant scents are sour and cheese with fertilizer undertones. *Since I had covid in May my sense of smell and taste isn’t quite right. I reached out to individuals for feedback on the strains smell. While some described it as “ripe garbage” other said it had an “organic fertilizer smell combined with body odor”.

Killer Grape is a 50/50 hybrid medical marijuana strain from Osage Creek. Killer Grape is a cross of Querkle and Killer Queen. Killer Grape is known for its high THC levels and balancing effect.

Killer Grape is a good daytime and midday strain. Killer Grapebest treats nausea, headaches, brain fog, lack of focus, anxiety, depression, joint pain, low energy, an inflammation. While Cherry Garcia is the general go-to for inflammation and muscle pain, Killer Grape is a fantastic replacement.
Killer Grape takes effect immediately! Most strains promise immediate activation but Killer Grape delivers. I found my anxiety induced nausea, inflammation, and pains slip away with in 5 minutes of medicating. By placing Killer Grape in my morning medicating routine I found myself more productive and focused. While dry mouth is present it is not a continuous issue. Munchy’s are not an issue with Killer Grape.
Killer Grape has a sweet pine smell with hints of sour; translate to a smooth sour fruit taste when smoked. This strain is not only pleasant for pain but also user’s pallets.
Killer Grape may increase ones heart rate. I have bradycardia, so my heart generally stays between 38-49 bpm. I found my heart jumped then hovered between 70-100 after smoking Killer Grape. It took about 5 hours for my heart rate to decline. I used a Samsung Active 2 to monitor my heart rate. If you suffer from tacichardia or high blood pressure proceed with caution when medicating with Killer Grape.
Covid-19 has brought a lot of change to our lives. This time on travel Arkansas we are going to look at West Memphis. West Memphis , most commonly brings to mind the West Memphis 3 murders. But there is more to experience on your journey than meets the eye. This journey, will start in Memphis and end in Arkansas.
Keep in mind, marijuana products purchased in Arkansas have to remain in Arkansas. It is illegal to cross state lines with medical marijuana products.
Before crossing the bridge into Arkansas exit onto Front Street and find Gus’ World Famous Fried Chicken. Gus’ is a corner stone in true southern cooking. For one day, do not count carbs, call in a to-go order, and grab some of the best fried chicken you will ever eat before heading into Arkansas.
Once you get into West Memphis, Delta and Bam dispensaries are easy to access from the interstate. Delta, located directly on the highway an is easy to access from the exit ramp.
Delta, which has recently started cultivating their own lines of medical marijuana products as well as serving as a dispensary, has a Bass Pro of Marijuana atmosphere. So if camoe and cargo pants are your thing, Delta dispensary will have you feeling right at home. The interior has polished cement floors with display tanks that double as as waiting areas. The tanks have a terrarium design but are generally filled with books, marijuana medicating accessories, and shirts but due to their design I always expect a lizard to walk thru. The large televisions mounted on the wall an earth tones gives the dispensary a sport and hunting vibe.
Delta has an ATM on site in case you forget to get cash.

Bam is easy to over look being located so close to Delta but with less visibility. What makes BAM great is the knowledge and ethics of their bud-tenders an original store gifts. The first time I went to BAM, I received a new patient gift, every-time I go to BAM I blow money on their store gifts and tees. The gift bag, changes, but when I visited included a BAM branded ashtray, lanyard, wax mat, and mini wax container. If it is your first time visiting let the staff know.
