Night Terror OG from Flora Farms is available at Missouri Medical Dispensary. Generally a hybrid this was categorized as an Indica which helps with pain and depression.
Night Terror OG is a new strain for my local dispensary. Sold to me as an indica, my bud-tender had little information on the strain. While many reviews described the strain as an indica dominant hybrid, or leaning strain having “a blue berry an earth scent… an orange hairs”. The buds available from Flora Farms in Missouri had an earthy and sweet scent. I would not go as far to say specifically the aroma of blueberries comes from the dense budlets. But one can smell a fruity almost musk which is possibly due to the strains Limonene terpenes.
Night Terror OG from Flora Farms has an earthy taste with a sweet after taste. The bud-lets are dense with trichomes; which meets descriptions of the strain. While some writers stated Night Terror OG can help any tolerance level of medical marijuana patients. Night Terror OG creates a heaven smoke. Those with lung problems or sensitive to smoke may want to find the strain in a different form than flower and smoking.
The name did cause apprehension for myself but the fact it was new and on the economy tier at Greenlight Dispensary STL, I had to pick up an 1/8th to review.
Night Terror OG is good for pain an anxiety. Possibly due to it being a balanced hybrid the strain did not cause dreaded couch lock or cotton mouth. Night Terror OG tamed my pain but also made me hyper aware of mobility and joints I was stretching during work out and cleaning. The physical relief is almost immediate while the mental sneaks up on a patient. Couch lock was not an issue but I did find myself overly focused on what I was doing and watching. Since the mental effects sneak up it could be overwhelming for some patients.

When it comes to GG4, also known as Gorilla Glue #4, name may ring a bell. The strain took home cannabis cups in multiple states in 2014 (Wikileaf GG4). The lore of GG4 is can be found . Over all it appears cannabis historians agree was the original cultivator of GG4. For readers looking for pain relief that does not effect productivity GG4 is your strain.
While GG4 is listed as a hybrid strain don’t expect to stay seated after par taking in this flower. While one experiences muscle relaxation the mind remains focused. After 30 minutes of medicating I found it was easier to stretch and move stiff muscles and joints. I did not experience lethargy with GG4. I actually felt slightly energized and focused with this strain. I found it easier to focus on mundane tasks as well as a boost of creativity. Be prepared to hydrate because GG4 instantly causes cotton mouth.
For those looking for pain relief to jump start their day or pre-work out GG4 is an ideal strain available in most states.

When I used Black Ice, I was looking for a stress, insomnia and mood stabilization combination. I found there was a balancing act to gain “mood stabilization” with this strain. Yes my mood improved an if I went to bed I slept sound and woke joyful. However, if I did not go to sleep with in about two hours, things started going down hill quickly. While I am not a stranger to panic attacks, I started having panic attacks about 2 hour 45 minute mark.

Sun King OG from Revolution Cannabis and Delta strain review
Sun King Og is an Indica dominate strain from Delta. Containing 20.8 % THC and .035% CBD.
Sun King has small yet potent buds. The flower is easy to grind and breaks down with ease for those wanting to make potent edibles, yet lacking an electric grinder. Sun King Og has scents of pine and earth, with hints of citrus.
Sun King Og is best at treating anxiety, stress, muscle pain, an insomnia. When I did not combine caffeine with Sun King Og post medicating I had zero motivation. If I allowed myself to become still I quickly dozed off. Thus I opted to use Sun King Og as a pre-bedtime medication. I became so thoroughly relaxed mentally and physically I fell asleep in my recliner and slept 9 hours. I found my inflammation was not as severe the following morning and I was well rested.
Sun King Og is a wonderful strain to use to combate insomnia and night time anxiety. Sun King Og will make sure you are ready to greet the day by getting restful sleep.
Blueberry marijuana is almost historical strain so I was excited to see it available in Arkansas from Delta Cultivations. Blueberry is generally an Indica strain, but Delta Cultivations has labeled their product a Hybrid. Blueberry has 21.9% THC and .033% CBD. Blueberry best treats physical pain, headaches, stress, nausea, depression.
Delta provides terpenes profiles on their packaging. While it was common at recreational dispensaries I visited in Illinois, I have not seen any other cultivators provide this information on packaging in Arkansas.
The most prominate scent was lemon followed by a mixture of sweet and sour. Smelling the buds of Blueberry actually reminds me of tasting a pixie stick and causes the same physical reaction in my mouth as eating a pixie stick. Luckily salvation production was did not stop once medicating. Blueberry did not cause cotton mouth or the dreaded cotton crotch.
Blueberry marijuana makes a good addition to nighttime routine for patients seeking relief from physical and emotional stress. While Blueberry does not completely cause couchlock, this strain is potent. If you are needing to medicate in the morning or mid-day I would add a caffeinated beverage or food after 30 minutes of medicating to fight off sluggish feelings. This is not a strain I would use if needing to drive with in 3-5 hours until you see the strains effects.

Lemon Icing has strong earth and pine scent with a hint of citrus when smelling the buds. The smell is almost cedar, reminds me of the wood chips I would put in a ferret or rabbit cage. After trying Lemon Icing, reading Delta’s information on the strain. Comparing their write up to the information available for Lemon Ice, links available below, I am going to assume this is Arkansas’ Natural State Medicinals version of Lemon Ice (or at least a similar linage).
Lemon Icing is a great addition for those needing to medicate in the morning or midday. If pain and low energy is an issue this strain can assist with out causing drowsiness. Some users may have elevated heart rate, despite having Bradycardia I felt my heart speed up an even had some chest pains post medicating. ( If chest pains occur for long periods or numbness in arm, always contact a medical professional).
ClusterBomb by Osage Creek Cultivations is a must for Seasoned Smokers
Cluster Bomb has an interesting flavor. My taste buds tingle when medicating with the strain. Cluster Bomb’s prominant scents are sour and cheese with fertilizer undertones. *Since I had covid in May my sense of smell and taste isn’t quite right. I reached out to individuals for feedback on the strains smell. While some described it as “ripe garbage” other said it had an “organic fertilizer smell combined with body odor”.
While Cluster Bomb is not the harshest strain I have ever smoked it is in the top three. Flavor is not the issue with Cluster Bomb but the smoke is dense and made my lungs feel heavier than other strains. Then I realized my limbs felt heavier. I found myself laughing till I was in tears as the days of stress an anxiety faded away.
Cluster Bomb’s physical and mental properties live up to it’s name, the strain’s effects start slow then suddenly all take effect* at once. It is also in this time, generally 15-20 minutes from medicating, you may experience dry eyes, salvation, body sensations.

Killer Grape is a 50/50 hybrid medical marijuana strain from Osage Creek. Killer Grape is a cross of Querkle and Killer Queen. Killer Grape is known for its high THC levels and balancing effect.

Killer Grape is a good daytime and midday strain. Killer Grapebest treats nausea, headaches, brain fog, lack of focus, anxiety, depression, joint pain, low energy, an inflammation. While Cherry Garcia is the general go-to for inflammation and muscle pain, Killer Grape is a fantastic replacement.
Killer Grape takes effect immediately! Most strains promise immediate activation but Killer Grape delivers. I found my anxiety induced nausea, inflammation, and pains slip away with in 5 minutes of medicating. By placing Killer Grape in my morning medicating routine I found myself more productive and focused. While dry mouth is present it is not a continuous issue. Munchy’s are not an issue with Killer Grape.
Killer Grape has a sweet pine smell with hints of sour; translate to a smooth sour fruit taste when smoked. This strain is not only pleasant for pain but also user’s pallets.
Killer Grape may increase ones heart rate. I have bradycardia, so my heart generally stays between 38-49 bpm. I found my heart jumped then hovered between 70-100 after smoking Killer Grape. It took about 5 hours for my heart rate to decline. I used a Samsung Active 2 to monitor my heart rate. If you suffer from tacichardia or high blood pressure proceed with caution when medicating with Killer Grape.
One of the biggest hurdles medical marijuana patients face is employment. I have spoke to patients who once they started cannabis treatment they were better suited to enter the employment field, but hindered by drug testing policies. However, laws being in place and being enforced are two different subjects.
In honor of mental health awareness month I am presenting a list of Cannabis friendly employment opportunities for medical marijuana patients.

You may be rolling your eyes but if you are working with a small budget getting your Minister’s licenses may be your best option. Since Covid-19 hit, the needs for minister’s to perform weddings, blessings, and funerals have changed. Once events intended for physical participation has now gone digital. Many weddings an other services are seeking services that can be streamed for participants.
If you own a cell phone, a karaoke machine, an a basic understanding of social media, you can have your own ministry service up an running in about a week. Most ministers have a small set rate for their location and then charges are added to travel outside set area. Arkansas accepts minister licenses from you will have to register it with your local court house so you can officially marry individuals in your state.
Once you are registered with your state you are ready to advertise your services. Use social media and online groups to get the word out about it. If you are part of a niche group, say marijuana patients, you can offer your services for 420 friendly weddings, dispensary blessings, ect. You do not have to stick to cannabis, this applies to D&D players, LARPers, Collectors, whatever your niche is you can find customers being a niche minister.

Most of us have insurance in some form, be it automotive, home, or health. However, you may not have thought about becoming an insurance agent yourself. Insurance Agent’s come from all backgrounds an offer coverage in vast area big and small. You may think you have to be a master networker to excel in the insurance business but the truth is you do not. Most companies who appoint agents in 2020 supply leads and come with flexible schedules. To become an agent in the state of Arkansas, you must pass a background check, pass required state licensing course, and your state exam.
I like to suggest Insurance Agent to individuals who are on disability but considering the Ticket to Work program. You can read more about Ticket to Work here but the short is, SSDI will pay for you to be retrained (in most cases) for a new career. You can work an only if you hit GAINFUL Employment will you lose your disability benefits. By doing ticket to work , some states offer SSDI insurance protection, meaning no matter how much you make and get off SSDI you can keep your health insurance thru SSDI.
Since insurance sales takes time to build cliental but can pay monthly residuals after first sale, with most fields, this is a good option for those with long term ailments who would need time to get off SSDI an establish Gainful Employment or keep partial benefits.

Then opening an online marketing agency may be your best route. You can take courses thru google and Linked in to get SEO certifications and basic online marketing certifications. Course offerings from Google vary from free to costly. Create a portfolio of your ideas or work, if you have previously managed social media for a business or organization, and go find your clients. If you are in a town with a lot of mom and pop shops, start there. Use their online current online presents and create a mock up of what you could do. Using tools like Canva to create templates and lay outs.
If you aren’t comfortable building cliental locally you can use Fiver to find jobs. Anything from Script writing to listing items on marketplaces for small businesses are open for jobs. You can start small in an area you feel comfortable creating. once your portfolio is built up go local.

Secret Shopper’s use to spend a majority of your time tracking down companies and leads to have work. So if you have tried it before and it was too time consuming, you will be happy to hear Secret Shopping Jobs have been streamlined into an app.
I Secret Shop is one place to set up jobs and employment with Secret Shopping an Other contract employment for chain businesses. While Secret Shopping is a majority of the jobs there are other opportunities like stocking greeting cards, trading cards, phone customer service secret shops. Most pay thru PayPal or direct deposit. You need a cellphone that takes photos and has a data plan. Most jobs will be completed thru the app but some may require documentation to be printed. The job task will explain this, so if you do not have access to a printer you do not have to take that assignment.
Are you good at helping people? Have you overcome adversities and have a drive to assist other’s? Do you not want to get a graduate degree to be a therapist?
Then life coaching may be the option for you. Life Coaching actually requires one to start as a coach before attempting certification. Life Coaching also has diverse fields and specialties one can market an offer their services. Services can be offered via zoom, thru subscription services, or local events. If there is an area you excel and can translate it into a plan to assist others, then you can be a life coach!
If you are traveling to Arkansas, Little Rock is the Capitol and home of 3 medical marijuana dispensaries! My favorite place to visit is Hurts Donuts
Little Rock tends to have cheaper hotel rooms Sunday thru Thursday. The Motel 8’s are pet and tobacco friendly. Two of the three dispensaries are open on Sunday. So once I checked into my room I headed to Herbology.
Herbology is located walking distance of HOC, Little Rock’s other dispensary. Herbology has a large waiting area with glass walls dividing it from the medical cannabis purchase area, aka Budroom. Herbology has an ATM but also accepts Cannapay. If you plan on shopping regularly loyalty points for customers are available. Herbology’s loyalty program is similar to BAMS. Customers earn points that equal cash value to be used toward medical marijuana purchases at their dispensary.
Herbology has a 10% off discount for new patients. They also offer discounts for military, low income, and those working in the cannabis field. Proof will need to be with you to receive discounts for these categories. The Sunday of my visit, Herbology’s sale 10% off all flower cannabis. My total discount equaled 20% since Herbology allows stacking.
All of this information was explained to me at check in as a new patient. It was then re-explained to me by the bud-tender.
While Herbology is clean and had a variety of flower, concentrate, and edibles. I was excited to find flower strains I only see as concentrates, on my side of the state. When entering the bud-tender advised I wait to pull money till we had my total. Not once did the Bud-tender ask me: what I was treating or seeking relief for, if I had luck with any strains, if there is a strain I avoid due to side effects?
She did show me on a tablet what was on sale, we both struggled with the tablet due to screen sensitivity issues. While trying to see the flower strains in stock the tablet bounced to concentrate and edibles then finally we were able to maneuver to flower. While the bud-tender did speak to me, it was more at me, not assisting me. The bud-tender did not inquire if any previous strains had been effective nor have any guidance for what was available.
I choose a gram of Acid Og wax, a quarter of Acid Og flower, and Watermelon Gummies.
My total comes to 173 and some change an I attempt to leave the dispensary. While their doors appear to be push and pull, there is a small turn handle above the push/pull bar. One must turn this handle to exit the doors.
I got into my car and my order was wrong. The bud-tender had given me the wrong concentrate. I considered exchanging the Brass Monkey concentrate but I was so exhausted ,I just left.
As I drove a block to HOC I had high hopes.
While their location appears smaller, it’s signage and location are more defined. HOC has a small new patient packet that has to be filled out the first time. This questionnaire also does not inquire about medical needs.
HOC has a similar layout and style as Herbology. Glass windows divide patients from the Bud room and waiting area. HOC is one of the few locations which carry the Volcano Vaporizers. My intention for this visit was to purchase one, an 1/8 of flower plus whatever their sale was.
Prices at HOC were high and flower strains were limited. HOC did have the largest menu of concentrates, I have seen in Arkansas. This occasion were running a sale on concentrate tanks, 2 for $90. While the employee did make fun of my clothing as I entered the Budroom, she would not interact with me directly till I approached the counter. Despite spending a long time looking at the vaporizers the budtender did not offer any assistance or further conversation. I was the only customer in the Bud-room. I made a second loop around the room and was finally greeted with a, let me know if I can help you and told the menu’s were displayed on the tv and printed versions available on the counter.
While I normally try to take advantage of sales when visiting new dispensaries the menu was too small for me to make out which cartridges were on sale. While there are tv monitors with the menu along the walls, the font on the tv is also too small to read. I asked the budtender which tanks were on special. She stated the Ozark brand, I looked back over the printed menu but every Ozark concentrate tank, on the menu I named she said was not one on sale. She finally stated the $52 carts made up the sale. If the menu had larger font or the budtender would have listed the strains I would have purchased them. None of these things happened. I stood there for a few more minutes, the only customer in the bud-room, she continued typing at the computer and mentioned she loved her job twice.
I ended up just picking a concentrate at the top of the list menu and leaving when another customer entered.
These are the types or medical dispensaries I struggle to support. Locations where bud-tenders do not assist customers but function as a sales funnel. It was not a good feeling as a patient and medical advocate. I question how much help patients are getting if bud-tenders aren’t assisting customers finding the proper strains, ways of medicating, and suggesting dosages for ailments. Medical marijuana is a treatment; new patients need guidance on strains, use, and suggested dosages. Experienced and high tolerance patients deserve guidance an information on ways to medicate. If budtenders are not counseling and assisting patients the dispensary is merely a state approved marijuana shop.

Acid OG best treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, and mental aphrodisiac.
This batch of Acid Og is from Bold cultivators in Arkansas. I picked up a quarter of flower from Herbology. While the wax is plentiful in Arkansas, the buds are rarely available at dispensaries near me. Due to Acid Og’s ability to aid in mood, mental focus, an energy I was excited to try it.
Acid Og has a heavy gas and cottage cheese scent. While Acid Og is not the highest THC flower in Arkansas is for the experienced medical cannabis patient. The mental effects are almost immediate and create a good balance of euphoric, focused, and energized without the paranoia that sativa dominate hybrids bring. I did not feel any hunger pains in the first hour of smoking Acid Og. However, my eyes, mouth, and vagina felt like a desert. Acid Og caused the most severe case of Cotton orfices I have ever encountered.
Acid Og allows one to focus and be in the moment. This strain would make a good morning and mid afternoon medication for those struggling with anxiety and depression when waking. Yet, this strain should not be written off as an aphrodisiac if getting out of your mind an into the moment are issues in the bedroom. Acid Og allows patients to feel stress free and relaxed while being mentally present.
Banana Magic , an indica dominate hybrid. Banana Magic best treats anxiety, depression, pain, ADHD, Insomnia, and a female aphrodisiac.

Banana Magic has hints of citrus and gas when smelling its buds. This profile creates a tropical taste, making each hit feel like a vacation. I immediately began to feel relief mentally and physically with this strain.
Despite being an indica dominate strain and many reviews stating it aids in insomnia; I was not sleepy while using Banana Magic. I found myself ready to focus and be productive. The fast acting pain and mental relief increased my production. I found, my rapid thoughts an executive dysfunction were controllable while using Banana Magic.The racing thoughts caused by anxiety quickly subdued an I found myself ready to focus. I felt truly focus on the tasks in front of me. It took four hours, after medicating, before I felt physical pains returning
Banana Magic also aids in sexual dysfunction. I did not find myself a victim of the dreaded cotton crotch but relaxed an in the moment. Unlike some indica strains, Banana Magic only slightly increased salvation production.
Ecto Cooler flower is from Bold Cultivators in Arkansas. Ecto Cooler is an indica dominate strain with 22.5 % THC and .07% CBD. Ecto Cooler is best for treating chronic pain, headaches, stress, an anxiety.
Ecto Cooler has pine and citrus scents. The combinations of sour citrus and pungent pine buds who’s scent alone brings waves of nostalgia. Ecto Cooler’s has a smooth taste but no matter how I medicated I found myself coughing. Yet, I did not mind.
Ecto Cooler’s activation time was under five minutes. By my second hit I felt stress melting from neck and back. With in 20 minutes of medicating my stress migraine and rushing thoughts had dissipated. I found myself able to focus not only on tasks at hand but things I had been avoiding. Items on my to-do list which felt overwhelming became task I could face, make a plan, an in some cases even complete. While I have not seen ADD/ADHD or Austism spectrum disorders, listed for Ecto Cooler, the combination of pain relief and mental calm yet clarity, may make this a good morning strain for adult ADD/ADHD patients.
Food cravings were not an issue with Ecto Cooler. However cotton eye and mouth were. If using Ecto Cooler flower for morning medicating, I’d keep eye drops handy. While Ecto Cooler was a very functional day time strain for me my eyes were bloodshot past any strain I’ve medicated with prior. My thirst was unquenchable, however if you struggle with hydration Ecto Cooler may assist you in hitting your daily 64 oz’s. Despite my bloodshot eyes and thirst , Ecto Cooler did not dry out my sinus cavities as I expected.
Ecto Cooler did not make me drowsy but did ease stressful thoughts that prevent sleep. I found despite it aiding during the day with pain it was the first strain that effectively worked for my reoccuring 3 am insomnia with out a hangover.
